Proctor & Gamble Co., 1924. Stapled pamphlet with color paper wrap, 128p, in Fair condition. Cover has some creasing and shows major wear, minor corner bumping, tear and insect damage to front cover, stains to front and back cover, inside is clean. This pamphlet was published by the Proctor & Gamble Co, and is presented as a cookbook but the first 10 pages are all about the history and uses of Crisco. There are many recipes, all of which use Crisco, as well as informative sections such as How to Choose Foods, Methods of Cooking (most of which include Crisco), Time Table for Cooking, and the Art of Carving.
