Set includes adaptations of: Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson, Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe, Ivanhoe by Sir Walter Scott, and The Last of the Mohicans by James Fenimore Cooper. These lovely books were printed in Italy and have wonderful full-color pictures. Each book has a pictorial introduction with details to allow younger readers to appreciate the background of the stories. For instance, the Ivanhoe book has pictures of jousting equipment. A lovely set.
