Very scarce early nursing journal with a picture of Lillian D. Wald on the cover. Lillian Wald was an American nurse, author and humanitarian, who was the founder of American community nursing and known for her contributions to human rights. This volume contains articles on American Nurses in the Far East, The Technique of Heliotherapy, Adapting Diets to Individuals, the Nursing of Communicable Diseases, etc. Includes many advertisements.
